Returns Policy Overview

We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan — and that’s okay. Our Returns Policy is here to make the process smooth and hassle-free, while also aligning with your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you have items you no longer need, we encourage you to pass them on to those in need, including the elderly, disabled, or vulnerable members of the community.

 

Our 90-Day Returns Policy

We gladly offer a full refund or store credit for most products purchased online within 90 days of receipt, as long as they are in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

 

Important Information

  • Contact Us First: Before returning an item, please get in touch with us in writing or via email to receive return approval. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
  • No Refunds on Delivery Fees: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Items Excluded from Return

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty:

  • Personal care items
  • Cosmetics and beauty products
  • Health and wellness products
  • Perishable goods and food items
  • Hosiery, underwear, and socks
  • Swimwear
  • Pierced jewellery
  • Pillow protectors
  • Assembled furniture
  • Medicinal items
  • Cleaning products (wipes, sprays, gloves, etc.)
  • Hand sanitizers

Change of Mind Returns

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Eligibility for Change of Mind Returns:

  • Notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
  • Returns must be sent back within 10 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Follow all return instructions provided by our team.

Please note:

  • Delivery fees are not refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend insuring high-value items.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you’ve received a faulty or damaged product, we’re here to help.

How to Lodge a Faulty Product Return:

  • Contact us in writing with proof of purchase.
  • Submit photos and/or videos clearly showing the fault.
  • Once approved, return the item within 10 business days of receiving an RMA number.

Assessment Process:

  • All faulty items will be assessed by our team or the manufacturer.
  • Manufacturer assistance may help speed up the resolution.

Important Notes:

  • Issues caused by improper use, wear and tear, or neglect are not eligible for return.
  • Clothing or fabrics not cared for according to their instructions will not be considered faulty.

How to Submit a Return Request

Please provide the following when lodging your return request:

  • Item description
  • Reason for return
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • Photos or videos of any issues
  • Your preferred outcome (refund or replacement)

After receiving your RMA number:

  • Attach proof of purchase
  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage
  • Ship with tracking for peace of mind

Sale Items

Discounted sale items are eligible for a full refund or store credit, as long as they meet our return criteria.

Processing Your Return

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return once it reaches our warehouse.

Missing Parcels

If you haven’t received your parcel, please notify us within 60 days of your order date. Once a parcel is signed for at your delivery address, it is considered delivered.

International Orders

For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

To support contactless delivery, some couriers may use Authority to Leave (ATL). Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, the order is considered complete. For any concerns, please contact the courier directly.
